Return window & return rules of engagement
- Reach out to us (see future return procedure), if you would like to return a product, we are happy to help you. Before returning any products, here are some rules of engagement first:
- You have the right to return products you bought from us for 14 days after delivery. Please note this means the goods need to be back in our hands within 14 days after delivery. We cannot accept returns after this period.
- Make sure that the product is in perfect & original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all labels and hangtags attached. If an item is returned damaged, used, or without tags, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
- Postal costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility.
- We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
- Items on sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Return procedure – to return a product:
Send an email to hello@cabinedodo.com describing your returning a product.
You will receive an answer within 1 business day.
Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, seal it and it’s ready to be sent. Make sure that the product is in perfect & original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all labels and hangtags attached. If an item is returned damaged, used, or without tags, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Return the goods by courier to the following address : Cabine dodo, Groenenborglei 44, 2540 Hove
We recommend you send back items by courier with a track and trace option and keep your proof of postage . In this case, you are sure the package will be delivered safely. Cabine Dodo is not liable for lost packages.
If your return is approved, the full item amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days and visible in your account.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at hello@cabinedodo.com. We’ll make it right.
Non refundable items
We do not accept returns on: Sale items, Accessories & Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.
