Shipping
As soon as your items are shipped, you will receive an email with all tracking information. We will bring your package to the posting office within 1 business day after placing your order.
Shipping in Belgium 6.55 euros & FREE as of 100 euros. For all other countries have a look at our shipping policy.
All information regarding shipping is presented in the shipping policy . Including ALL Prices, they are VAT included. Potential import duties are not included in the shipping price. Shipping prices can deviate from the table below is you don’t choose to deliver at a collection
point.
*Possible delays can be caused by payment authorization, stock availability, or delays by the shipping company. During sales periods we kindly ask you to expect longer handling times.
If you wish to order
outside the referenced shipping areas, please contact us (hello@cabinedodo.com)
so we can calculate the shipping costs. Some countries charge import taxes and
other duties, Cabine Dodo will not pay for these extra charges and we cannot
inform you about these costs. Shipping prices can deviate from the table if
you don’t choose to deliver at a collection point.
WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTIES & HOW MUCH?
Orders shipped to countries within the European Union will be delivered duty-free. Please be aware that non-EU countries may charge import duties or taxes, if the total value of the shipment exceeds a certain threshold. You can check the threshold for your country here.
Unfortunately Cabine Dodo is unable to predict the exact costs, as this is determined by national tax authorities, and therefore different per country.
Pick up
If you’d like to avoid shipping costs, you can choose local pickup in Hove, Belgium (2540). Simply select “Pickup” at checkout and send an email to hello@cabinedodo.com so we can arrange a pickup date and confirm the address. Orders must be collected within 1 week of purchase
RETURN WINDOW
Easy return
Before returning any products, here are some rules of engagement first:
- You have the right to return products you bought from us for 14 days after delivery. Please note this means the goods need to be back in our hands within 14 days after delivery. We cannot accept returns after this period.
- Make sure that the product is in perfect & original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamage with all labels and hangtags attached. If an item is returned damaged, used*, or without tags, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
- Postal costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility.
- We cannot be held accountable for any products lost in transit.
- Items on sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

HOW TO RETURN
Easy returns within 14 days
Log a return in the portal.
Put all products as well as the necessary documents in a proper return bag, seal it and it’s ready to be sent. Make sure that the product is in perfect & original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamage with all labels and hangtags attached. If an item is returned damaged, used*, or without tags, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Return the goods by courier to the following address : Cabine dodo, Groenenborglei 44, 2540 Hove
We recommend you send back items by courier with a track and trace option and keep your proof of postage . In this case, you are sure the package will be delivered safely. Cabine Dodo is not liable for lost packages.
If your return is approved, the full item amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at hello@cabinedodo.com. We’ll make it right.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on: Sale items, Accessories & Gift cards
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation by email. Shipping labels are at the customer expense and will not be refunded.
